Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Easter, or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note: Just Sweets will be closed from 19 December to 12 January.
Orders can still be placed during this time; however, they will not be dispatched until we reopen.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. Once parcels have been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our control.


Warm Weather & Chocolate Products

Please note that warm weather may affect chocolate and confectionery during transit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for heat-related damage once orders have been dispatched.


Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
If tracking is delayed or not updating, this is usually due to the courier’s system and not a reflection of the parcel’s location.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will assess the issue and advise on a suitable resolution.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
